Hermione Granger on a Hogwarts' parapet. Not exactly satisfied with her hair: I guess it IS suitably wild but I seriously suck at drawing anything resembling bushy curls >_<
This is an illustration to a - at the moment still WIP - fanfic that'll play during the Golden Trio's 7th year. I'm probably insane to start drawing accompanying illus before ever finishing the story.... I started with this idea but when I was nearly done inspiration struck again. So now it's going to be a group picture with six other Hogwarts inhabitants - and at the moment I'm at the stage where I think everything I'm doing makes it look worse.... So I post the original Hermione now in case I mangle the others too badly or loose my nerv entirely  Painter, PS6 |

Other than the hair, I think this looks really good. The only problem I see is that you aren't exactly consistant with the lines. Around the shirt, part of the skirt, and the face, there are visible dark lines, but around the hair and clothing wrinkles, there are none. Both styles are good in their own right, but mixing them just makes it look fuzzy and somewhat confusing.
